KPI - Performance Indicators

At Cestar College, we are committed to delivering high-quality education that prepares students for meaningful careers. As part of our commitment to transparency and continuous improvement, we participate in the Ontario government's Key Performance Indicator (KPI) initiative, which measures how effectively private career colleges meet the needs of students, graduates, and employers.

The KPI program provides valuable insight into the quality of education and student outcomes, helping prospective students make informed decisions while ensuring institutions remain accountable for their performance.

The Ontario Ministry responsible for postsecondary education evaluates colleges using five key performance indicators:

-Graduate Satisfaction
-Employer Satisfaction
-Student Satisfaction
-Graduation Rate

These performance indicators help Cestar College continuously enhance our programs, student services, and learning environment while ensuring we remain focused on career-ready education and student success.

Graduate Employment and Graduate Satisfaction results are collected through an independent

Graduate Satisfaction Survey conducted approximately six months after graduation by a third-party research organization. The survey gathers information about graduates' employment outcomes, career readiness, and overall educational experience at Cestar College.

OSAP Default Rates

OSAP default rates are determined by comparing the number of Ontario Student Assistance Program (OSAP) loans that enter repayment default with the total number of loans issued to students attending the institution.
